We recruit qualified native and Kyopo English teachers for the purposes of staffing them in open positions on Jeju Island and mainland Korea.
The positions are in private language institutes, public schools, and companies. With our recruiting system we carefully screen all applicants to determine what position that specific individual would be best suited for based on his or her experience and skill set. Our Canadian HR manager works to quickly and efficiently bridge the cultural gap to make sure that all parties are well informed and satisfied. Through direct phone interviews and background checking we can quickly match prospective teachers to available positions. In order to avoid miscommunication we inform and prepare our prospective teachers in advance about all job related duties and what they should expect while living in Korea. JE consulting에 의해 소개되어진 교사들은 고객들께 3개월 보증 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 3개월 이전에 계약서상의 자격이 비 적합하거나 이유없이 계약을 파기하는 경우, 다른 강사로 신속히 대체해드리거나, 개월 수에 따라 강사알선 수수료를 전액 환불해 드립니다. 그러나 강사채용 3개월 이후라도(6개월까지) 원어민의 잘못으로 생긴 계약 파기 시 책임을 갖고 대체강사를 지원 공급해드립니다.
